For ALUDEX, quality means meeting the wishes of internal and external customers and exceeding them where possible. Good quality therefore says something not only about the product or service provided, but also, for example, whether internal and external communication is fast, accurate and pleasant, whether agreements are recorded and fulfilled, whether delivery has taken place on time, etc.
The aim to always do just that little bit better than others is of paramount importance to us. Because we have been through all the “aluminium waters”, we are better able to assess our customers’ expectations and therefore exceed them.
